Used RT new owner

Hello.Just bought a 2018 RTSE6 Limited. Learning and watching some great how to videos. I noticed the original owner or someone has removed both of the inner black plastic body panels that covers the oil filter on the right and the air filter on the left. I wonder why??? Thanks Leo
