Depends on the bike's power. If it is something like an 800 (Outtie or Gade), the problem is trying NOT to wheelie. On smaller cc bikes, heres a tip. Set the rear shock preloads very soft, the fronts hard. Put it in 2wd low, get rolling about 3-4 mph, then jam on the front brake until the nose dives, then release the brake, mash the throttle, throw your weight back, and pull on the bars.
