Hi All,

Has anyone been successful enough to order accessories? I've called my dealer several times over the last two months in efforts to order accessories and all I get is; "The accessory numbers are not showing in our system" Also, they told me that the back rest is not available since it is being redisgned.

My Dealer rang me up at the end of July, requesting my accessories order. This was the one and only time I have received a call from them. Used the Accessories list, circled what I wanted and faxed it to them. Dealer states that accessories are running about one month behind Spyder deliveries.

I ordered the 2" riser block. It went off back order last week.

Not necessarily! My dealer was unresponsive for a while because he wasn't getting much info from BRP. The communication from them seems spotty, but now that machines are shipping it could get more consistent.

Accessories - I spoke to my dealer yesterday. He said he had ordered 2 of each acc. I told him I wanted the taller touring windscreen and one accessory outlet installed on my machine before I pick it up. He noted that in my file. I have a 250 mile ride back home in the northern Tundra belt (Buffalo to Pittsburgh) so I want to be sure I can plug in my Gerbing jacket (and GPS). I figure I'll rig a separate outlet for the GPS directly from the battery (fused) so I can run it w/o the engine on. I like to plan out my course before I am moving.

He also promised that I would have my machine by 3-31 absolutely. I told him my birthday is 4-18 and I don't want to be let down. I think this will be an appropriate b-day present to myself! What could be better?

I have order 15 accessories and the dealer has confirmed that they will all be here before the bike is.
The dealer was getting 2 of each accessory.

Interseting that my dealer is offering me a discount but won't comment to how much until he can get "Dealers cost".

Dealer says the bike will be here the week of Oct. 15

what do you mean 2" all i see in acc catalog is 1"..if there is a 2" what is product ##. i want one!
