A year ago I hd problems with gear selection while riding. It would stall during stops and wouldn't go into 1st. Would be ok after shutting down for few minutes then would be ok for several stop cycles and then popup again with similar results. After several dealer visits the gear selector switch was replaced. Problem solved. Just an update for anyone encountering same symptoms. 3 down
