I just got off the phone with a gentleman that has a trailer that he will custom fit the trailer for the Spyder. These are the current dimensions but will change to fit the back end a bit more. Let me know what you think.

Looks interesting, are specs (brake options, lighting, etc) available. Also where they would be available, can they be shipped at a reasonable cost. Think thats all for now.

And weight of the empty trailer, if you are checking into the above answers, please?

Just a couple of questions concerning the trailering of a spyder .
1. Is it street legal.
2. Does it have room for a bag or two.
3. Does it handle well.
4. Does it carry two people.
If you answered yes to any of these questions,
then why the heck would you want to trailer it.

Several reasons, I'll give a few for me...

1) We spend weeks at a time near Watkins Glen on Seneca Lake during the Summer. It's a 2 hour drive from home. Need a car/truck, but would love to have Spyder there as well.
2) Same story for weeks vacation in Canada each year at family cottage
3) Snow birds taking Spyder south for the Winter
4) Heaven forbid, what if it breaks down
5) ok, I'm out of reasons other than to say I've trailered motorcycles several times over the years

The trailers are made in South Florida. With the trailer being 65 inches wide the Spyder would just fit. It will also just fit from wheel to wheel. Trying to get a final price with the trailer about 5inches wider and maybe a foot longer. Should have an answer soon.

Lastly, we will be carrying these trailers for your Spyder. Be sure to scroll down to the second page to see the Spyder on the trailer. This is a premium trailer. It has air ride suspension that drops down at the push of a button to load, and rises back up at the push of another button. It automatically adjusts for proper ride height and "spring" tension for any load. It will also be painted to match your Spyder. The cost will be right around $4,500-. Let me know if you would like more information.

As always, please contact us if there is anything we can do for you.

Thank you.
