Hey Trigger

El Cajon still here - just burning around us. I keep bugging my dealer and he is working hard trying to get answers where my bike is.

Took in some a family that lives out in Steele Canyon. Husband, wife, 2 kids (one just born and 3yrs old), 2 dogs , 2 horses and the husbands mother - in - law.

No luck yet on where the bike is, I just don't get it. Everyone thought it was to be here 2 weeks ago.

This week is over so lets look forward to next week.

I have just about shopped myself out.

Sorry to hear this, but doesn't you pre-order certificate state delivery before 03/31/2008, after that date you can request a full refund ?

Also can you point me to where I can receive 17% interest on my money, I have some cash I could invest at that interest rate.

Correct on the certificate. "The dealer will refund my $1000 deposit only if 1) I have not received delivery of a Spyder roadster prior to March 31, 2008, and 2) I confirm in writing to the dealer that I want to cancel my Pre-Order Certificate."

Recalculated $1000 for 11 months at 17% interest would have earned me $167.35.

Orders to the gulf arrived in September and I've made a significant effort to contact the sales rep to inform him of my situation. I received very little communication. BRP talks only to the dealerships. The dealership talks to the sales representative. The sales representative is not at work, does not return my calls and does not keep me informed. There is nothing in the agreement regarding military orders.

I emailed the manager and requested options from him. It has been a week without a response. I support second chances, but due to a change in my employment and poor communication with the dealership, I think I've given this Spyder issue a fair amount time to resolve. I am seeking legal council.

You can earn 21% interest in the military TSP program, or 17% in aggressive stock trading.
