I have a very high pitch noise/alarm that is barely audible when I turn off my RT. It stays on all the time. I worry that it is what is draining my battery.
A recording might be helpful to identify the noise.
You DO know that an alarm will sound if you do not set the parking brake before turning off the key......right ??
That is a rather loud beep-beep and will stop after about 20 seconds or so.
A visit to a dealer should be able to identify the noise......since it is on "all the time".

The noise is from the throttlebody, there is a built in function to hold the butterflies slightly open for a predetermined time to avoid vapor lock during hot start. Harmless to roadster and battery unless you have battery problems to begin with. Now go burn gas, dirty up oil, and wear out tires.
