New Corbin rider and passenger seats for sale, just got them tuesday, installed them wednesday, road it on thursday 30 miles and didn't like them. All black, look great, perfect conditon, non heated model. Just didn't like the way they feel molded to your body, I'm kinda werd like that. Payed $680.00 on 4/21 would take $500.00 cash. I will ship to USA only, sorry.

We all make decisions based on our reasons, but I think that you have not given the seats enough time to fully appreciate them. My wife and I find the "molding" effect of the seat gives us equal and very well distributed support to all parts of our body touching the seat. After riding 5000 miles on ours, we wouldn't trade the Corbins for any other seat made.

I would agree that you need to ride that seat at least 500 miles. If you do any searching on this subject you will see that it takes time for the seat to break into your bud. I went from a custom Bill Mayer seat to the corbin seat when I was in Gatlinburg, TN for the spydertalk ride last year. It has been awesome since the ride home from TN to NY. Also the backrest helps me with comfort as well.

+1 Absolutely. You need to give them a little more time. You'll still be able to sell them to close to what you're asking for them right now.

I might be selling mine soon.. I just haven't been happy with the way I was treated (poor customer service) and just finally got the correct bracket yesterday! The first seat arrived 7 weeks ago for god's sake!! I just hope that the seat is worth all the hassle of poor customer service I have gotten in the past few weeks and not to mention the loss of 2-days freight fee only to get the wrong seat bracket. The wrong seat bracket was so small it could fit into the Priority Mail package and rushed for half what FedEx charges!! :wall: And they took their time getting corrected seat bracket to me...

Unfortunately, I won't have time to install them until after May 3rd before I can try it out.

One question for you that I noticed with mine is.. is your seat slippery?? I noticed that Corbin seat was more slippery I could slide down when I first sat on it last month. It concerns me that the seat is slippery than the stock one and what if I hit the brake real hard?? I could slide off the Spyder.. :TgC_emoticon142:

Get some good leather lotion to help protect the seat and will resolve the slippery problem.

Have you sold your seat yet? We may be getting both seats and a backrest during Biketoberfest for about $600, but would rather have it earlier if the price is right.

I would sell it for $450 but not include shipping- it is pretty heavy and big and would cost around $80-85 ballpark for shipping alone..

Paid almost $700 all together when I bought mine..
