Good to meet up with other Spyder Ryders over drinks and nibbles at Penrith (compliments of BRP).

Dicko, great to meet up with you and others at the BRP stand at Penrith. Quite a few of them don't get on the forum I found.

I knew at least 3 Spyder Ryders (all Yellow) at Penrith that I meet at various rallies in Vic and S-West NSW. I don't think they get onto any forums. All 4 of us were so used to sitting around having a drink together at rallies, that the BRP crew finally closed up but not before giving us a few extra drinks to help us along. I think it was actually dark when we finally left. The couple from Western Vic also stayed back for the extra drinks too. We all rode back to our tents - easy job on three wheels with a few beers and JBs under one's belt. Could never have done it on two wheels.
Know of at least 3 other Spyder Ryders around my part of the planet who don't get onto any Forums (this or Ulysses) although I think they may get on as guests for a read-only.
Were you still there when one of the BRP crew showed us how to do a burnout? With the smoke and sound (Hindle pipe), half the campground heard, smelt and saw the results. Impressive when you consider there is no front brake to hold.

No I wasn't, had to visit with the kids. The burnout would have been impressive. As you say, no front brake, and I thought these things had traction control.
