Amen brother it has changed since I left home to inform me that the dealer I had planned to have the oil changed at is not there anymore in Kansas and is out of business. If it had been a bit more timely I would have planned to have it doen elsewhere. Also the dealer in Elkins, WV informed me they have been waiting for manuals and special tools since June so they can effectivily do no service yet. Bill

I don't know if I am permitted to bad-mouth any particular dealer but the BRP Power Sports Dealer in Cleveland almost turned me off on Can Am...
1) I went in for a test ride and they told me that Bombardier doesn't permit test rides in the rain. (It
was drizzling a little bit at the time). It turns out that they were just too lazy to clean 'em up.
2) I asked them what the compression ratio was...They did not know.
3) I said, OK then what octane fuel does it use? They did not know.
4) Later I asked about the BRP deal on the 2010 models. They didn't know anything about it. They
told me that the new models wouldn't be out until the Fall of 2010. That made no sense to me. Why
would you bring out a new model in the Fall, at the END of the riding season?
I ended up going to Leisure Time Power Sports in Corry, PA (about a 2.5 hr drive) and I put some money down on a 2010 model and purchased a 2009 model to get me past the gap. The guys at Corry were great!! They knew about the Trike and they let me take one out for a test ride (I eventually bought that one).

Same corporation owns Pilgrim/Plymouth Powersports in Plymouth MI...closed doors.
The same corporation owns Nicholson's in Ann Arbor. Svc Mgr Dewey, Service Writer Kyle and Parts Geneous Rachel also made the move from Plymouth to Ann Arbor. Currently, they don't have the software at Ann Arbor to do warranty work, but can do routine oil/air filter type work. They said if I got it to Ann Arbor (from my home near Toledo), they would truck it to another corporation dealer in far off Flint MI for warranty work. They are "visiting the idea" of getting the software, tools, etc to become a full blown Spyder dealer.
There is a Honda/Can-Am/Victory/Yam/Suzuki/Kawa dealer in Maumee Ohio, close to my home. I had a Honda VT1100T 2000-2007 when I quit riding due to loosing a leg to MRSA Flesh Eating disease. I learned quick that the Maumee dealer and Svc Mgr were fast and loose with justice, truth and the American Way...Started taking my honda to Ray's/Atomic in Monroe MI.

You know there's a model-wide problem when the manufacturer has a "kit for that".

Seems the list needs a little updating.
In California, American Marine Motorsports in Rancho Cordova is no longer in business. And there are a couple of new dealerships in Northern California owned by the same owner (I think): Twin Cities Motorsports - they have one location in Roseville and another in Marysville. They just opened about 8 weeks ago.
