New guy here, and I'm wondering what is the best way to get to the battery. I'm installing a battery tender harness and can only get to the positive terminal since the negative terminal has a nut that just turns and you can't get to the back side of it. Looks like I'll have to hook the harness directly to the battery, but I'm not sure what panels to remove and in what sequence. Thanks in advance! I really want to learn about this machine.

The Battery is located under the left rear side panel. This info is found on page 86 of you operators guide. The operators guide also contains instructions on how to remove that panel to access your battery,as well as a lot of other really useful information. Ryde Safe and Enjoy

Thanks! Should have looked there first. When in doubt, read the manual! Removed the panels as per the instructions (nice fit, by the way) and installed the battery tender lead with no problems at all.
