I used the search to try and find any info on a problem that I have and couldn't find anything to help me out.
I have a Vibration from 5000 to 5500 rpm's. doesn't matter what gear, I can feel it in my foot pegs. seams more pronounced on the left foot peg. anybody else have this?
thanks
Mark

I don't have my belt as tight as factory recommended and I get a vibration also, but I don't worry about it. Rather have the vibration than a blown rear axel bearing.

this vibration is only between 5000 and 5500 RPM's, I don't feel it in my hands, I feel it from the foot pegs, more so on the left.

I noticed the vibration right away on my new SE5. It is mostly in the left foot peg. I haven't read any other posts about the vibration, so I wonder if it is only on the new SE5 models?

I have this exact vibration as well. I have 2500K's on mine. Seems worse under hard acceleration.
There has been other threads about this in the past.
Seems to happen with quite a few machines.

I just purchased a 2008 Spyder SE5 with approximatley 17,000 miles on it. I have a vibration just like the one described in this string. Under moderate acceleration between roughly 4000RPM and 5100RPM there is a vibration in the foot pegs, especially the left one. I have tried varying the belt tension a little bit with very little change in the vibration.

Has anyone been able to determine what the cause is?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!
