Ok I am new here and i have just test drove a 2010 SE5 .....LOVE IT! But, it did (i don't know lingo yet) quit on me at a stop sign it was in second gear and it took a bit (probably a few seconds) to get to first again to restart. I The spyder does have over 1000 miles on it and the dealership put a two brothers??? muffler system on it......I don't care for it, sounds cool though! They want $16,999 for it and i think that is a bit much, if they put the original muffler back on they will deduct $1,500.00. it is dirty and looks used, it has been left outside in the rain (that is obvious) I really don't know what else to look at. What would you pay for it? is there anything else i should look at? I have drove it about 50 miles muffler is too loud to hear if brakes squeak hahaha.
Any help would be appreciated!

Right now you can buy a brand new 2011 for that money or less, check out e-bay several canam dealers are dumping inventory to make way for 2012's .

spydersurfer, don't settle. I know the temptation is to jump....but don't, be patient. there are better deals out there...try spyderlovers.com, e-bay, or another dealer. i'm pretty sure there may be brand new 2009's available for around 13,000.

i am definately not an expert at this, there are others much more qualified than i. i do not think that this is a good deal...a brand new 2011 is about 17,000...

Thank you for you helpful input .....i am looking in MN cause michigan and indiana is tapped for white! i dont mind going to pick it up! I am trying to be patient, I did make and offer on the one in my Picture, also my Husband wants me to consider a 2011 in white, so i will look at one tomorrow.
