We have a Spyders in the Smokies logo designed with TG Promotions. You can basically order whatever color and type of shirt you would like.

The shirts will have the Spyders in the Smokies logos on the left chest. A small SpyderTalk.com logo on one sleeve and a small SpyderRyder.com logo on the other sleeve. As an option, you can have your PE # and/or name also added to the shirt.

Mens and Womans sizes available in Black, Charcoal, Red and Yellow. Prices will vary depending on shirt type and extra embroidery...but figure in the $30-$35 range.

You can have shirts shipped to you or have them set aside and Billy will be handing out at Meet and Greet or BBQ (you need to pre-pay with TG Promotions).

I just talked to Terry this morning and ordered a shirt, Billy is going to be picking up any last minute orders and will hand them out at Gatlinburg, if that helps. Right Billy ?

yep anything for the rally i will bring them until terry or his employees say time is up and wont make the dead line , if this is the case then if you want a shirt then you must order and then have all orders sent to you location i believe terry will still print this shirt after the rally to for a short time
but terry at tg promotions is a great guy and also a m/c enthusiest himself and does like the concept of the spyder to

I know some orders were being shipped to Bill to bring to Gatlinburg. Make sure yours didn't get mixed up in that. My experience with TG Promotions has been that they turn orders around very quickly.

I called again and yet was told that I am not able to order a shirt unless I want to pay the $30 for delievery. This came from the accounting person which said she was talking directly to Terry. Again, not paying $70 for a $20 shirt.

Sorry you waited too long. Not sure why others are getting different information.

I just got an update from Bill. He just talked to Terry at TG. If folks order by today, Terry will get the products to Bill before the Spyder Rally and Bill can distrubute.

After today, you will have to have items shipped to your address...and express shipping will be required in time for Gatlinburg.

Of course, Terry will make shirts up after the event as well if you just want one to remember the event by.

yes that was the overnight shipping cost . if you order no later than today 9/17 i can have for you by the rally

Just my opinion ..... if there is an issue and I either don't receive my shirt at Gatlinburg, or there are additional shipping cost, I have
only myself to thank for that. Ordering a custom made item less than two weeks prior to the event date, what can one expect.

I called TG and spoke with a very nice young lady. She told me that the shirts were in Embroidery and would be shipped this afternoon. I was getting worried and with MY luck, was making sure they hadn't been shipped to Bumgully Egypt!!
