After checking everything out, we finally made reservations at the Red Roof Inn in Gatlinburg for the trip Sept. 23-27th. I am not sure how far that is from the Microtel or the host Inn but it was inexpensive and has some very good reviews. I figure all we are doing is sleeping there anyway and we will be spending our days riding and socializing with other spyder ryders and owners. Can't wait to meet everyone and see some familiar faces again.

i'm so glad you can make it . gatlinburg is about 3/4 mi long so every thing is in walking distance

Can't believe I going to finally get to meet the famous dtang and widowmaker!!!
Since I wasn't able to make the Homecoming, I'm really looking forward to it. When you have the chance to ride our NC mountains, you will probably not go back home! OK, maybe I'm a little bias!!Sam
