Okay, so I was going to get a cover for my boyfriend's spyder for his birthday, but there are two different ones. One for outside storage, one for inside storage. Does anyone know the difference? He keeps it in his garage, but, we don't plan on "storing" it. We have year round riding here. I'm guessing the inside storage one, but with our heat out here, I'm just not really sure.

And if this has been discussed already, I apologize....

Thanks
Tiffany

The outdoor cover is made of a heavier canvas and is water resistant. The indoor cover is a lighter material and made for more of a dust cover. hope this helps. :)

Yup, Arizona has a lot of dust....maybe the indoor one is the one I need. :) Thanks!

I purchased an outdoor cover for my Spyder and I keep the Spyder in the garage. I like the cover very much. Very nicely made and fits great. Price wise it is just a little more than the indoor cover but in my opinion worth the price difference. In Texas weather I think all the discussion of difference between a cover that breaths for indoor use and one that does not is a mute point. In my opinion same applies to Arizona. I would buy the multipurpose outdoor cover and use it either way you choose.

I wouldn't store it inside using the outside cover.... it's gonna trap moisture and could cause problems.... hence why they make a breathable indoor cover.

Well moisture is really a non issue in most of CA and Arizona, having lived in WA state for most of my life, I'm still adjusting to not being concerned about moisture here in the valley after 9 years.
