Does anyone know where I can get a new exhaust gasket (seal)? That fits Between the 90 degree pipe and the header pipe.

The BRP part # is 707600350
You could try some place like Midas or similar muffler shops, they may have something of the correct size.

Might try Exhaust Tape.
It does come in different thicknesses.
