I've found that the throttle can be be quite touchy/jerky in 1st or 2nd gear when accelerating around sharp corners with the clutch engaged, so I'll pull the clutch in and coast as I enter the turn, then apply power and engage the clutch about half way through, making for a much smoother transition of power as I accelerate out of the turn.
I finally found after riding 2000+ miles on my Spyder that if I "press" (or mildly push) on the right handlegrip and leave my left hand fairly neutral, in order to make a left hand turn, I comfortably move through corners as almost any speed I choose. Combining this with the various "body english" suggestions provided in this forum works very well for the harder turns. Leaving that "inside" hand fairly neutral as to steering was the greatest insight I have gained in learning how to ride in comfort. Sorry no video or pic's.
Hope this helps
