The bolts on mine we also black and if it ever rained in Arizona I'm sure they would also rust, but they do match the extensions. Guess what, I like stainless better too so I went to the hardware store and spent a $1.50 on exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to get out the antacids to cure my heartburn over it. I paid for what it does not what it is necessarily made of. I'm sure they will send you stainless hardware if you just ask them. Good Grief Charlie Brown.

Sure you don't want a .62 refund Bryan??? 
I've swapped many of my stock hardware with Stainless..... really sucks that BRP went cheap on the hardware.
