Newbie Here
Noticed my upper belt guard has been rubbing on belt, and has worn about a 1/8 inch groove into it.Noticed at 100miles.Definitely tweaked to the left when you are looking from rear to front.Took off and tried to bend shape and also tried to remount to no avail ,curently off. Notified dealer (300miles away).Buddy suggested bending bracket that guard is mounted on. Any body out there have this problem? What did you do to rectify? Belt does have its 1mm of clearance on rear sprocket. Thanks Dennis

Welcome to the site. :schild27: Happy Easter.
I have not heard of this from anyone else. Can you post pictures? Does everthing else seem to run ok? I am the only one that I know that the belt snapped at 100. Maybe the shield got bent in transport or set up. Strange the dealer did not get during PDI

That is one for the first service at the dealer. Call ahead and have a replacement ready. With that angle, there was something out of wack they should have caught during the PDI. Just watch you pant legs.
