I have a question about the fog lights. How are the factory lights attached. Is there a bracket provided with them. I am asking to see if I can install something a little less exspencive but work just as good.

The fog light kit has light units that are well built and install into the sides of the trunk. The kit is well built and worth the money. It comes with a new wiring harness for the head lights and the fog lights. Anything else would be a hack job on the spyder, they also come with a new front facia that fits tightly around the light units.

Alright Already, Do what you want, it's your machine, I'm just sayin the BRP kit is a nice kit, you may be able to do better. If I didn't know better I'de think you were from Massachussetts. Ease up, this is suppose to be fun.

Ok I'm just saying just because you don't buy the factory stuff doesn't mean it can't be custom fit. If that were the case Ken, corbin, and others would be hardfelt for buiness.

mrfix.....

What kind of muffler you got on there? BRP accessories seem a little pricey. I looked all over Daytona for some fog lights. I'm in no big rush. It is pretty kool seeing all the different things people can fabricate. Pretty ingenius. I guess my next project is highway pegs. Where did you get your peg mounts. Looks good....

Just a thought about the fog lights, trying to adapt a light to the existing bezels could be a pain, since they are designed more
for the flow of air, and not for a fog light. This is why the fog light kit contains new bezels, just a word of caution. :)
