When engine is cold and ran to warm up a small amount of smoke rises from the right side of my 2013 STS. When the fan kicks in it kicks out a bunch of smoke for only a couple of seconds.this only happens when started from cold, after having been ran it doesn't happen. Oil and coolant levels seem good. The dealer services teck was not sure what was happening. What gives.Any help please.

Thanks, Nick

Have the shop KEEP IT until they CAN find out the cause.......especially if it is still under an extended warranty.

If this is not happening in a timely manner, a few days I would say, then contact BRP directly.

If it happens consistently when cold, they should be able to find the cause rather easily......one would think.

Chances are that it is not a sign of an impending disaster but it COULD be so you probably should not ride it until fixed.
