I have a 2014 RTs , belt travels when turning a corner moves away from flange and rubs against the belt guard. Have had it to dealer but they can't figure it out. Has anyone had this problem .

Pull the rear tire and ensure bearings are installed/ adjusted properly. Check real swing arm for side play(wiggle) Reinstall rear tire and adjust belt tension properly. EBay has a Krikit II Dayco Belt Tension Gauge (93866) for the 'do it yourselfers'
Proper tension solves lots of vibration problems also!
