Waiting for my spyder 2011 rt to come back from dealer. My check engine light came on and throttle only would go 1/4 of the way .. They said this has been a problem and need to replace throttle pads ???????? Anyone else have throttle problems

I have had this problem several times, the dealer told me to hold the throttle at a steady 2300+ RPM and after a few aseconds the throttle springs to life and the error goes away.
