WooHoo! I pulled the trigger and purchased a 2010 Spyder RT Audio & Convenience in Orbital Blue.
I head up on Saturday with a rented trailer to NC to bring it back home. It has less than 2K on it.
It has the factory warranty too.
Too bad it's going to be a rainy day.

Congrats and welcome. Don't worry about rain, just put on your scuba gear and enjoy!

Good Day congrats I ride in the rain all the time. I have not been able to ride this last week because of snow and ice.
I thought about strapping on my xcountry skis to the front wheels and try the snow mobile feel:) enjoy I love mine.

I found out during the dealer intro to my new to me Spyder, that the previous owner had added the rear speakers.
It took 5.5 hours to drive up there and 6.5 back. I was taking no chances in the rain.
It's still on the trailer. I am waiting for a helmet to arrive that I ordered. I have also ordered some of the extra lights from TricLEDs.
Can anyone on these forums that live in the Atlanta area recommend where I could take the safety riding course for Spyders?
Thanks.

Congratulations on the new, low mileage, RT.
There is a meeting of the almosr organized Georgia Spyder Riders on this Sat Jan 28th at 10:30 AM at Freedom PowerSports at 3102 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, come early and meet the folks. We sure hope you can make it, on your new bike or cage if the wx is like it is this morning.
Trike classes are an on-going saga, not quite solved yet. The Honda folks over in Alpharetta, in conjunction with the AMA and others, is working on it. I'm sure any or all of the group on Saturday will be happy to answer your questions and help you in any way we can.
Take it easy on your trip Tuesday and hope to see you Saturday.

Tuck, do you have anything to do with Reinhardt? I noticed that you are in Waleska, GA.
I was hoping to make to the gathering on Saturday. Most likely I will be coming in my truck.
I waiting for my helmet to get here.
