Hey, look over to the right. See that ad for SuperClamp Spyder Tie Down Kit? Does anyone know about what a set of these go for? I've been to the website and to the websites of the dealers listed and can't find a price.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hey thanks. Those are great.
So, what sizes would I need for a 2010 Spyder RT?

John I forgot what size I got, give me till the weekend and I will go measure them and let you know but. Do not know if the RT's have a wider front tire but I believe the ones I got were the 6" size. My tires fit perfect with very little play on each side and this made the spyder stay in place especially the way I strap them down no moving at all, attached photo shows the chocks and the strap (might be too small to see, forum does not allow for large photo to be uploaded)

Wow! That's a nice trailer. Like all the fancy visuals on the bike too.
Going to pick up the Spyder this weekend but will be renting a bland trailer
to fetch it back to GA. :~)
I'll be looking forward you your size info.
Thanks

Who makes that spiffy trailer? Was it custom made?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Been busy I will get the size of the Black&Gray chocks today, sorry.
The trailer is made by a company called All Sport Transports (AST) but I heard they are out of business now but there are still companies that carry some, you will need the AST3 for the spyder. One of the neat features of this trailer is it's ease of loading the spyder and to make that even more simpler you can get a remote that will lowers/raise the trailer but I would strongly recommend not getting that feature as I am now having some trouble with this remote setup, but the trailer still works fine also there is a valve that you open and close to lower/raise it and that works just great another neat feature is if the on board compressor fails you can use a air pump to raise the trailer as well. One thing I will let you know it's probable the most expensive open trailer out there but for me it was a perfect fit for the spyder and it looks good as well and it tracks perfect behind my SSR.

Cavman, the one I have is the Model PC-8 which are 8" wide and I am sure they will work on the RT as well. I now remember I had gotten the PC-6 first and it was too much of a tight fit and then got the 8" instead. As I said they are great and have not had any problems at all, in my opinion they are the best for the spyder wheels.

I picked up an Alumna TK-1 trailer on Thursday. Now I'll have a place to put the Grey & Blacks.
