My tranny went out after 4500 miles. It would keep going into N and could not get to 5th gear. I bought the manuel to avoid tranny problems but looks like they all are junk. I would never buy a spyder again. 17,000 dollar mistake

Wow, I would be upset as well but have not heard of any gearbox problems. Yours is the first. I would think it is under warranty? I read about problems but this is my second Spyder and never had any issues in 4 years. Good luck!
