Didn't find much color today so........

We went on a ryde today looking for some beautiful colors, but as of yet not much color has appeared so I just decided to take some landscape pictures. Sometimes I like to take pictures of water, hills and trees and once in a while I find a picture that is worth blowing up and framing......however these aren't that good and I forgot to take the date stamp off before I took the pictures. We hope to go back down thru this area in a week or so and maybe there will be some color. The pictures were taken on what is locally called "the Delaware Water Gap" I guess because it is in Delaware county in NY state. It is a water resevoir for NY City and usually the colors are tremendous and it is a very scenic ryde.....maybe we were just too early this year but we had a frost last night so that should help with more color in a few days....I hope!!

We went out again today to take some pictures near our place in Homer, NY. Probably with the rain that is coming the next few days the leaves will be pretty much gone.
