Popping and Backfiring

Hello all. I am new to this sight and have never posted anything before. I purchased a Two Brothers exhaust with JB and I am getting alot of popping and backfiring. Tried tuning it and took it back to stock settings, tried putting in Green Air filter, but nothing seems to work. My bike only has 600 miles on it and runs pretty lame at lower RPMs and pops an awful lot. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the 95 degree and humid weather in VA. I am running 93 Octane and Two Brothers said that would be fine. Anyone's assistance would be awesome. Thank you.

Are you running tips on your 2 bros? I have tried mine with no tips the P1 tips and the P1X tips. It seems to run the best with the P1 tips. I have no other mods yet. I stole the pipe off my 08 which had a K&N filter in the stock air box and it acted the same as my 2011.....

Make sure you do not have any exhaust leaks. This will cause backfiring and decel popping.

This is all just part of how the Spyder runs when you put a different exhaust on it.
Don't believe in the Juice Box. That thing is a piece of Garbage and does NOTHING to help the Spyder run better. O2 modifier as well, total waste of your time and money.
I tried both and neither of them made the tiniest bit of noticable improvement.
Find a dealer than has a Dyno that can handle a Spyder, get the Power Commander, and let them tune it for you. That is going to be your only way of truly fixing your issue.

Try Kens O2 modifier. It does work, I had it on 2333 for a while with his high flow air cleaner and a Leo Vince exhaust. You are popping bcause you are too lean, and the exhaust and intake made that worse. I am surprisd that the JB did not help. Is it installed corretly? You should be able to tune for your bolt-ons and beyond as far as fuel with the JB.

I doubt you will get an Evoluzione O2 modifier anywhere now. Ken is out of business and I sent my last one to a guy in Philly (all the way from OZ)
