I have a 2008 GS with 17,000 miles on it. Suddenly this year I am having problems with either the oil or check engine light coming on when I start the bike. Shut it off and restart and the lights go off? Oil level is fine. Any ideas????

+It began happening to mine just as you described, at about 49k miles. At 49,591 miles, the dealer replaced a bad oil pressure switch p/n 420956912 ($12.97 + $41.60 labor).
