Hi Guys, Has anyone had to touch up the paint on there red spyder. If so, where did you get the paint and did it look good after you did it. I took my to the dealer because they had to replace the oil sensor because the oil light would just stay on and they had my bike half of the month of june and when I got it back after I got it home I noticed a pretty big scratch on the outside of the right front fender. Of course they say they did'nt do it but it was not there when i took it because this is pretty noticable. Anyway, any help from anyone would sure be appreciated. Thanks Guys!!!!

Thanks Trickie Dick. Have you had to buy touch up paint and I see that mine since it is Red has to have a base coat to. Have you had to touch up your spyder and if so how do you do it with the base coat. Do you put that on first and let it dry then apply the red? Thanks so much for all your help. It is really appreciated!!!

Sorry, I can't help you there. I have a red one as well but I just ride it. No touch up so far. I'm sure others will chime in that can help you.

I read you responce about touch paint and the contact, so I did as they did not have my color listed. They only showd White, Red, Black. Their response to me was that they could not get any information and or any help from BRP, so couldn't help me with the paint. They also stated that BRP was very hard to get ahold of and not very responsive in helping. If this is the case, why don't BRP make their own bottle of touch up paint for owners to purchase. It seems to me build the bikes, and then figure out on your own what to do next. Now, I have to find a body shop that would be able to make some up for me, if that is possible.
