16.5 lbs, Once the dealership when I picked her up after an oil change service they upped it to 20 psi, I felt something not the same. (squirrely), luckily it was just the tire pressure. These bikes don't lean, something has gotta help us around the turns in addition to our leaning into the turn or just transferring our weight. The side walls do there part too. As long as the recommended 13-17 psi is maintained. There are some here that run more than 20 :o and say it works for them. Page 119 of operators guide has info.

Mine was around 15 psi when I picked it up new. I gradually increased it to 18, which gives me stability and cornering ability.

18 in front and 25 in rear. Used 28 for 6,000 miles and the darn rear tire is down to 5/16 in the middle. Book says to replace the rear at 4/16 -no way is that gonna happen. I'm not a real fast rider, but moving along at 65 or so on good State roads and speed limit + 5 or 8 on interstates. Pretty hilly and curvy in N. GA and drive wheels seem to take a beating, except Goldwings - I always got 15,000 or so at 42 psi.
Some folks use Pirelli or other car tires on front, but apparently most stick with the Kenda on the rear. Lots of different opinions on the brands/ratings of tires to use.
