Hello all,
I noticed this with the BRP clutch and even sometimes with the barnett clutch - there is this chirping sound, almost like its slipping on initial clutch engagement. Its not even under that much load. Anyone else have this issue? Not sure if its just me and they way I engage the clutch or what.
Not sure if it matter or not, but I am using AMSOIL in my machine as well.

I was hearing a similar chirp on my RT-SM5. Turns out it was the shifter linkage. Noise went away after I greased it.

Has anyone had there spyder start acting up at 3900 rpm? It starts spitting or missing I think is what you would call it. I took it out of shop saturday and 35 miles from shop on way home it started doing it and shop had closed as I left. Was wondering if it could be them fuses or something electrical. I would appreciate anything for me to look for so I don't have to drag it back.It was in there since dec 15 and dont want to loose it for another month if its simple to fix on my own.

Hi restlesstex, By chance do you have the Hindle Muffler on your spyder. If so mine was doing the same thing and I had to take it back to the dealer and they hooked it up to some machine for some kind of update and after that the bike ran fine. Hope this helps. Bart
