Has anyone installed this ISCI hand brake? I installed my own hydraulic hand brake that was discussed here on the forum a few years back where the person used a car clutch slave cylinder and a master cylinder off a 70's honda motorcycle. My brake works ok but in sudden stops you have to pull it in twice just like if you had to double clutch. We had to back out on the original adjustment for some reason the brakes did a total lock up on the highway. The only way to release them was to disassemble the new cylinder we installed. After looking at this ISCI uses a return spring which mine does not. I wondering if I install a spring if it would fix my issue.

This hand Brake is awesome! We installed one on our Spyder and it is top notch quality. Easy to install and really didn't need any specialty tools to do it. Worth the money if its what you are looking for.

Doesn't stop with the action the foot brake does. Is this true for others who have this system?
