Hello all,
I know this has been somewhat of a sore subject, but the dyno results are finally live at http://aerocharger.wordpress.com/.
Or, I'll just post the dyno image here!
"Represented in the chart are both the stock and turbocharged dyno runs. Stock is represented in blue, while the trubocharged dyno run is represented in red. The solid lines depict horsepower and the dashed lines depict torque. You can see the bike just barely cleared the 90hp mark in stock form, but was able to make over 140hp @ 6psi of boost. Mind you this was also a hot day with very little air flow over the intercooler. Remember there is also room to turn up the boost on these bikes and make more power too. - Aerocharger"

I believe the brochure number is at the crank and these would be at the rear wheel.

Its important to note that most folks in search of power are doing mufflers, airfilters, airboxes, fuel controllers, O2 eliminators, etc which add up to ~2,000 and have no seat of the pants increases in power. This Turbo kit includes EVERYTHING and has dyno results to back up the obvious increases in seat of the pants increases. Not bad for an afternoon of playing in the garage.

First let me say that the Turbo setup is the way to go for performance. Having said that, for those of us who wish not to spend that much and or just want a little more thrill here's what it cost me: Hindle-$480, JB-196, Kewlmetal intake-230, 02 modifier-90..total $1000 and I'm happy with the increase in performance.

Why are you running the O2 modifier with the Juice Box, is there a benefit to both? I took my O2 off when I added the JB.

Not to diminish what Jackal has done, but to only offer an alteranitive. I have the overbore option on 2333, with 31:1 pistons. I also have the big valve heads and custom grind cams, and the Power Commande 5 including the wideband O2 option. This is a strong running package, and anyone interested should contact Ken at Evoluzione.net
