Any idea what the dates are for SITS 2010? I want to make sure and get the time off from work.

From Arthur, I have a brochure on the convention that indicates the date as September 22 to 25, 2010. See you there.

Take note of the correct days of the Smokey Mountain affair. Go to <www.spydersinthesmokies.com> to get the correct dates. The affair is anounced as going to be held on September 22 to 25. Make you hotel reservation for the correct day of arrival.

While on this subject I know there will be an enterence fee and that it can or should be prepaid. I am planning on going but I want to "pay at the door". How can/will this be handled?

You are correct about the dates in the top banner in large red text being 9/22 - 25. But just as in 2008 and 2009 the event is starting on Monday, this year it has been extended one
day, with the major event being moved from Friday to Saturday. The Meet-n-Greet has been changed from Monday to Wednesday this year as well.
Read the entire event schedule and you will see there are things occurring on Monday and Tuesday, for those who desire to have more time in the Gatlinburg area.

As for not pre-paying for the event, you can send a PM (private message) to Marc or Craig here on the forum, they are the organizers of SITS.

How do I go aout sending a private message to Marc or Craig? I do not have their email addresses. Because of health issues there is the slight chance that I wouldn't be able to make the trip.

I'm going but I combine this with a charity ride for St. Judes. spend the 15th, 16th and 17th on that ride, then leave Memphis for Gatlinburg on the 18th. Your welcome to contact me on details for the St. Judes, and come along if you want. Else we could hook up for the ride home from Gatlinburg.
