Welcome to the new site for Alaska. There are currently about 30 spyders in Alaska. We are fortunate to be in a state that is large, and that has a wealth of scenery and destinations which many motorcyclists desire to see. I will be downloading Alaska Spyder Ryding pictures of scenery and rides in the next week or so. Both spouse and I are avid Spyder Ryders. I have a 2008 SM and she has a 2009 SE5. I had to give up two-wheel riding (began in 1965) because of physical issues--but the Spyder has allowed me to keep on riding. (I have put 20,000 miles on my 2008 since June of 08, and spouse put 10,000 miles on hers in her rookie year 2009). We hope that interested Ryders will come and visit the Last Frontier. Our weekly club ride information is posted below, and you are welcome to join us if you are visiting. Anyone who has questions about riding in Alaska, destinations, places to stay, things to do, let us know. We will be happy to share information with you. We have pretty much covered all the paved roads in Alaska, and have found great places.
