BRP web page (also parts catalog) shows there are two covers available for the RT-S :

TRAVEL COVER

Price: $124.99 (USA)



The travel cover has no added windshield protection, so for now, an inexpensive ($3) pillow case will work.



CUSTOM VEHICLE COVER

Part # 219400173
Price: $219.99 (USA)




Now that owners are receiving their RT-S units, we learn a third type of cover is being shipped with the RT-S.

The part number is 219400182 and my dealer was quoted an MSRP on Wednesday of $199.99

This is an outdoor cover and covers the entire RT-S with the exception of the front tires and fenders.

I have heard a couple of owners dealers were able to get BRP to agree to ship the Travel Cover in exchange for the one that was shipped with their RT-S.
After I observed my dealers parts man make three calls to BRP with no success of having them exchange it, their response was that there has been a changed
to this new cover, and the online documentation has not been updated. Since this cover is more expensive than the Travel Cover, the person at BRP did not see an issue.

My dealer had received two of the Travel Covers for stock, so he just exchanged it for me, so I have the one I wanted.

Excellent idea with the pillow case, I just so happen to have a black pillow case, hopefully my wife won't sense it is missing

The outdoor cover comes fleece lined already

I am getting all 3 covers, but the custom cover isn't available yet from BRP and the outdoor cover doesn't cover the front wheels
