se5 gear change problem earth wire fix Rate Topic: -----

just had the dealer do the earth strap fix on the shifter solenoid and no more problems yet,also they recommend 15psi in front tires and 29psi in the rear don't know how much air you guys use? :riding:

Good that the fix was that simple. I run 20 front and 26 rear. 15 seems way tooo low to me evewn if the book figure is also low. It's against my religion to run front tyres (on a car) less than 36, so I can't run less than 20 in Spyder or I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
The best substitute for brains is silence.

For safety reasons, you would be best to follow the BRP recommendations for tire pressure. I expect their engineers are far more qualified than your or I to know what pressure those tires are designed to handle and how that will work with the ride and handling needs of the Spyder.
