WHOOHOO! Just made resers at the Hardmann and registered on BRP site.
I'm very excited. This will be my first long run. Thought I would mention to the ladies that if they are looking for someone to room with I'll have an extra queen. My hubby will not be making the trip cause he's gotta work and he's not into motorcycles (yet) :angry2: . Also, if there are any folks leaving from norcal give me a shout and perhaps we can ride together. I'll be leaving Thursday morning planning on taking 88. It's beautiful scenery although not a must. The 88 will be a great ride. I have done that route a couple of times. It is very scenic

Marciana-

If we make the trip it'll be just over night on Saturday (so we'll miss the meet and greet. Let me know if you'd be willing to share your room for one evening and we could help with a portion of the reservation for that night.

Hi Katlyn - Thanks for thinking of me in regards to sharing a portion of the room rate. I would really like to have roommate(s) for all three nights. Let's give it a little time and see what happens. Please do what you gotta do if you can't wait. Really looking forward to meeting you. BTW, can I add you as a friend?
Take care, MM :riding:

Motorcyclemama, hit me up and we'll catch the group together. We live in Pittsburg. I'm still in for this. I need to subscribe to this thread though so I don't forget about it. :)

And we won't be able to leave until early Saturday morning for this so it would just be an over-nighter for us... no vacation time left. :(

My wife and I will join the Bay area group. We are in San Jose. Lonnie

Hi Katlyn - Hope you are still planning on the Carson trip. Just to let you know that I was in that area last weekend. We went 88 and the roads approaching Kirkwood and beyond were really bad from the winter weather. Lotsa potholes. By the time we have our ride they will be working on them, and most likely traffic will be delayed. So, I think the best way is to drive Hwy 50. Besides, it goes directly into Carson City. Just a little insight. Okay, hope you have a great rest of the week. MM :riding:
