I don't know about the watage. But you can take one out. Take it to an Autoparts store and ask them to cross reference the part number for a comparable one.

If you do get a higher Watt bulb just be careful of the heat it will produce. It might start to bubble any surface its close too. Sometime housings are designed only to handle so much heat before they start to deform or if the are painted on the inside, especially with chrome paint, it might start to bubble. Not sure if this would be the case with the Spyder housings and lenses but just be careful and watch the lens for any deformaties.

It does say in the manual the front Turn signal bulbs are 21 W and the rear Turn Signals are 10 Watt so you should be able to use 21W bulbs in the rear turn signals thus giving you twice the brightness in the rear turn signals?

The front turn signals are 7507 the rear ones are different. I'm thinking about replacing with leds but would have to add a resister to the lines. I have my eye on ones on ebay that are 85 led-4.5watts.

Switching to LED's will get you the most light possible, IMO. Not only are you getting atleast double the light but alot less load is put on the system. We carry a few options for the turn signals but how ever you get them, LED's are probubly a better choice then incandesents.

Just a word of caution, some have had issues with changing out stock bulbs in the past, the computer was not happy with it. :TgC_emoticon142:

Nanny does not care about more amperage flow in the brake light circuit. She will punish less current flow with limp mode. Less flow is caused when both brake light filaments are burned out, or LEDs are substituted without circuitry designed to fool Nanny.

Sarge 707

I have the Givi hard bags fitted and didnt like the setup for the indicators, so I got a pair of mini indicators with 23 watt bulbs off ebay. They fit in place of the original indicators and look much neater, plus with 23 watt they are very visible. Sorry but I cant post pics as my computer wont speak to my camera !!
They dont have a name and I dont have the package any more. Hope this helps.
