ok guys need a bit of advise
got a sm5 spyder with a hindle on it really happy with it ,just one small problem
l'm starting to ride it like l stole it and it starts to splutter (cough) when on the gas hard coming out of corners. is it the vss coming in or the tracion control ? either way not happy when it happens.
has anyone else got a simular problem or should just slow down.

I have had the same thing, it happens when you get on the gas with the bars still turned. i think its the traction control kicking in due to a bit of wheel spin. try getting on the gas a fraction later or when the bars are a bit straighter.

You can get the aftermarket swaybar, up the spring tension on the front shocks, and/or go with aftermarket suspension. The only other options are to lean more or slow down!

looking at getting a sway bar from Ken at evoluzione, do they make that much defference?. Also thinking about an air filter,will it be ok or will l need to stall a juice box with it.

Yep. 'Tis the Hindle / VSS. I got same after I got the Hindle. Original muffler hid the VSS causing the cutting in and out. And once you got the Hindle you do tend to do a little "ride it like you stole it" just to hear the sound.

Hi Pribray

In my opinion "Bang for your buck" the swaybar makes a huge difference in handling. You will read nothing but positive results on the forums.Keeps the Spyder so much flatter in the corners.

With the Green performance air filter you will have no issues - certainly the juice box would not be required unless you looked at changing the exhaust as well - then maybe.
