Folks, hopefully everyone that registered for the Rally received an email with the newsletter.

A couple things to note:

Friday BBQ

We have to pre-pay Famous Dave's for the BBQ and I need to give them a final count by Friday, 9/18. If you did not buy a BBQ during your registration process, please email me at info@spydersinthesmokies.com before Friday. I will add your name to the list and you can pay $12/BBQ in cash when you pick up your Welcome Bag.

Welcome bags

If you can not pick up your welcome bag at the Meet-n-Greet on Monday, you will be able to get them a the beginning of each day's ride in the parking lot. Look for our Spyder RT to find us.

i paid for my own bbq meal, but my daughter wants to come with me so please add one more i will pay for when i pick my welcome bag...
